pour moi une chose est sûre les deux sont étroitement liés
Passionné de photographies depuis très longtemps
Mes débuts en 1980 avec un boitier Pentax K1000 en argentique, puis un Olympus camédia en numérique
La photographie terrestre me permet de bien maîtriser mes différents boitiers, de manière à être plus à l'aise sous l'eau, et oui sous l'eau le temps nous est compté.
Plongeur sous-marin depuis 1996 j'enseigne la plongée depuis quelques années, en 2008 mes débuts en photo subaquatique avec un Canon G9 puis tout va très vite, la passion prend le dessus.
Je travaille actuellement avec un boitier Canon 7D et son caisson Aquatica
Difficile aujourd'hui de partir plonger sans appareil photo de peur de rater ce que l'on risque de ne voir qu'une seule fois dans sa vie
Aujourd'hui de nombreux stages de photo subaquatique m'ont permis à mon tour d'enseigner cette discipline
Dans toutes mes escapades mon matériel photographique me suit
Mes motivations...
Je ne cherche pas forcément à traduire la réalité au travers de mon objectif,
mais à montrer la manière dont je perçois les choses...
Protéger, sensibiliser, sauvegarder la biodiversité pour pouvoir continuer à observer et photographier la beauté qui nous entoure
Le bonheur procuré par les moments passés en compagnie d'espèces aquatiques tant animales que végétales a renforcé mon engagement pour la protection et la conservation des biotopes dans lesquels elles évoluent
